Disclaimer for majorityel.living

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this disclaimer before you use majorityel.living. It is a general template and not legal advice.

Referrals Only

Majorityel Concrete provides referral and marketing services and nothing more. We connect homeowners with independent concrete providers. We do not pour, finish, stamp or seal concrete, and we do no construction work. Any work at your property is done by an independent provider, not by Majorityel Concrete.

Connection Is Not Endorsement

If we connect you with a provider, that does not mean we endorse them. We make no promise about the quality, timing, cost or results of a provider's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a certain time. Each provider is responsible for its own licenses, insurance and conduct.

Information Is General

The content here is general information. It is not engineering, legal, financial or other professional advice. Soil, slope, weather and local rules change from one property to another. Talk to a qualified provider about your own project.

About the Prices You See

Costs on this site are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Real prices vary with the job, location, materials, site conditions and design. Ask the provider for a written estimate before any work is scheduled.

Permits, HOAs and Codes

What we say about permits, HOA rules and building codes is general. We cannot tell you what your town or HOA requires. Check with your local permit office, your HOA and your provider.

Stay Safe

Concrete jobs involve heavy equipment, digging and materials that can irritate skin and eyes. Keep children and pets away from work areas and fresh concrete. If someone is in danger, call local emergency services first.

How We Are Paid

Majorityel Concrete may receive payment from providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure gives more detail.

Accuracy of Content

We try to keep this site correct and current. We cannot warrant that every detail is complete or accurate.
