How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
Majorityel Concrete wants everyone who reaches out to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, let us know. This page explains how to file a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template and not legal advice.
Topics You Can Bring to Us
You are welcome to contact us about:
- Your experience when calling or messaging Majorityel Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If Your Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, first take it up with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.
Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Know that Majorityel Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money you paid a provider or act for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@majorityel.living and include:
- Your name and a good way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you have it
- A short account of what happened and the outcome you want
After You Write
We will confirm by email that we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. Next we will review what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Not Happy?
If our answer does not settle the matter, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For licensed providers, your state licensing board may be able to help.
